Training Delivery 

This course combines self-paced, online delivery with 180 hours of work placement in an accredited Early Childhood Education and Care centre. Students will be supported throughout their study with access to Career Ready's team of highly experienced trainers, assessors and support staff.

Entry unto this course requires a successful completion of Australia Year 10 or equivalent, OR, relevant work experience in a related field. 

Other Requirements
Students must obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing work placement. In some cases, your work placement employers may also ask students to obtain an Australian Federal Police Clearance.

Lisa Williamson

Lisa is a degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher and Trainer and Assessor of Early Childhood Education and Care.  Lisa has worked as an Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, Director of ECEC settings and Trainer and Assessor for the past 20 years in Australia.  Lisa's focus, whether teaching  children or adults, is that respect is key.  Respectful and responsive relationships with learners will create an environment that supports feelings of security and belonging and facilitates a space that it free from judgement and brimming with learning possibilities.
