HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care setting applies to a range of workers within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthma and anaphylactic emergencies. This includes early childhood educators and educators who work with school age children in outside school hours care and vacation programs
This training will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children and adults in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies.

How will I study?
Blended Delivery
Your First Aid course is a blended delivery model.
Pre-course learning and theory assessment will be conducted online at your own pace.
Practical Assessment will be conducted face-to-face on campus over a two hour period.
This will likely take place on a Saturday allocated by your trainer.
